True or False? partea a II-a

13. Question:
Hello,

About a week ago, I have asked a question you have filed under [Case_ID: 0210208 / 0000000], regarding the obligation of the European Union's member states to have bicameral parliaments starting 2012, as one of the presidential candidates has implied in his speech.

Now, we find ourselves in need of another clarification. Mr. Crin Antonescu, the candidate in question, has reverted to a new speech, saying that there are talks or there is a certain tendency of the EU member states to go towards a bicameral option, one chamber taking care of the regional affairs and the other of national and international affairs. This is the basic thread of the new discussion.

Is this true?

I am studying International Relations and European Affairs and, by my knowledge, the European Parliament is to be regarded as a secondary chamber to the national parliaments, by slowly increasing its responsabilities.

Besides, I trully believe that those EU states that have a unicameral parliament would dread the thought of breaking their political tradition. We, as a still developing democracy, are entitled to have a choice to see what is the best option for our type of people.

We (me and my colleagues) are eagerly awaiting your say on this new matter.

Thank you!
14. End of message.

Adica, pentru toti cei prea lenesi sa mai inteleaga: UE nu are de gand sa se bage in organizarea interna a statelor.
